As a 501(c)(4) non-profit organization, we are committed to fostering a vibrant and engaged community by empowering future leaders and individuals who aspire to create positive grassroots change. Our mission is to equip them with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to become effective advocates for our community's well-being.

Our vision is a thriving El Paso, TX borderplex region where young leaders are at the forefront of community improvement efforts, and where every individual is connected to their community, local businesses, and civic engagement. We envision a future where the power of grassroots initiatives drives positive change and where young leaders are well-prepared and supported to take on leadership roles in civic government.
